stackin is a platform for businesses to issue electronic invoices (NF-e/NFS-e), through the web dashboard or the API. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. One account can administer more than one company; each company can have more than one user linked to it.
By uploading your company's digital certificate (.pfx), you authorize stackin to use it exclusively to sign the invoices you issue through the platform. The certificate is stored encrypted — see the Privacy Policy.
The data entered on invoices (recipient, items, amounts) is the issuer's responsibility. stackin transmits what was entered to the relevant tax authority — it doesn't validate the fiscal correctness of the issued content.
We do our best to keep the service available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. Invoice issuance also depends on the availability of tax authority systems (SEFAZ, national NFS-e environment), which are outside our control.
You can close your account at any time on the My Account page. Already-issued invoices keep existing — they're permanent fiscal records required by law, even after the account is closed.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Relevant changes will be communicated on the platform.
